What you need:
2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup fine sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk
Small cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract syrup (optional)
Cling wrap/Baking paper
2 cups plain flour
1/3 cup fine sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup milk
Small cup of chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract syrup (optional)
Cling wrap/Baking paper
Steps:
Sieve the flour into a bowl (You may just pour the 2 cups of flour into the bowl if you are too lazy). Then, add in the brown sugar, followed by the fine sugar. After that, pour in the milk, melted butter and vanilla extract syrup. You may want to reduce the amount of milk slightly if you are using full cream milk.

Mix them around until it begins to form into a dough. Toss in a small cup of chocolate chips and combine them well.
Place a cling wrap or baking paper flat on a table surface, transfer your dough onto it and roll it up neatly. Place it in the refrigerator for an hour or so; either that, or you may toss it into your freezer for 20-30minutes and ta-da! Your edible chocolate chip cookie dough is completed!
